Defcon-App is provided by MVCS ApS (CVR DK-45438392), registered in Denmark. These terms govern use of defcon-app.com, the Defcon-App platform, and the Defcon-App applications. Where a signed agreement exists between us and a customer, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Defcon-App lets an organisation set an alarm level and notify the people it chooses. We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but not on a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts are for the customer and the people they authorise. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account, and for making sure the details you enter are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them.
Use the service lawfully, for its intended purpose, and only for people you are entitled to contact. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or unsolicited content.
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. Where we process the personal data a customer enters, we do so as their processor under a data processing agreement.
Paid plans are billed as set out at sign-up or in the customer's agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already begun.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a failure outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subscriptions continue automatically from one term to the next, so the service stays on without interruption. You can cancel at any time; to stop the next renewal, let us know at least 30 days before the renewal date. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the law requires it.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction.
